    • 2 hours 2x/week.
    • A massage table or raised bed with room to lunge on 3 sides.
    • A rolling stool.
    • Internet connection.
    • Camera and mic-enabled computer/Smart TV.

  • Responsibilities

    • Ensure students follow protocol correctly
    • Record their feedback about the training
    • Record their results/experiences
    • Answer their questions
    • Work closely with Management in a timely manner
    • Be Transparent, Honest, & Ethical in your work
    • Immediately submit reports to management
    • Proactively seek Team Support

  • Earning Potential

    Gross $100,000 working 4 hours a day, 250 days per year.
    Earn $10 more per hour for every 100 Five-Star Reviews, and max out at $400/hr.

STEP 1: Apply and Interview

  • Write an application letter that explains:

    • Why you want to work with us.
    • Why you think you're a good fit for the position.
    • What you personally want to get from this opportunity.
    • Any questions you have about the training and position.

  • Create a resume that includes:

    • Dates of employment.
    • Previous employer contact info or other employment verification.
    • Your Social Media links (for Risk Management purposes)
    • At least 2 professional references.

  • Submit Your Application Letter and Resume.

    SUBMIT

  • We'll schedule your video interview. If you're accepted, we'll send our contract. Onboarding begins soon after we receive your signed contract.

STEP 2: ARC Training

Training includes:

  • Illustrated instructions and Live Video Coaching.
  • Education and resources to promote mastery.
  • Exercises to advance your skill and improve results.
  • Lifestyle Tips to optimize your benefits.
  • Holistic Health Evaluation to assess your potential.
  • Online Community Support.

Hands-On First

In just a few hours, you will learn how to give and receive ARC in comfortable clothing with your Training Partner as often as you want to maximize your benefits.

Live Video Coaching

We make sure you understand and follow protocol. Coaching sessions are recorded for quality and training purposes.

Practice & Journal

Give each other a minimum of 8 sessions on separate days no more than 1 week apart each. Journal your experiences and results.

Audition

When you feel confident that you can coach our students online, we'll schedule your Live Video Demo. We'll let you know what to improve on or if you're ready to join our team.

    Training 340M Americans and Canadians would generate a minimum of $40.8B in coach income. About 30% of ARC students spend an average of $23,976 over 90 days in our Transformation Program. This portends an additional $2.44T revenue.
