REQUIREMENTS
* An able Project Partner to administer the protocol 2 hours daily or every other day and record your results + 45 mins per week for coaching and progress reports by Zoom or phone.
* Your Project Partner must experience the protocol at least 1x/week to attune to the protocol and give you better support all-around. They are encouraged to include their experiences in their weekly reports as well.
If you're unable to perform the protocol, your Project Partner must have someone who can.
