JOB REQUIREMENTS: * NBHWC-Certified Health Coach * Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills * Organized
* Genuinely Friendly & Personable
* Basic Computer & Internet Skills * Competent in Neurological, Autoimmune, Metabolic, and Psychiatric patient populations * Be on time for all appointments * Native English Fluency * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Laptop or Desktop computer * Health & Fitness Exemplar JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide & Review completed Holistic Evaluation (HE) forms.
* Schedule and meet Project Participants for weekly 45-min Zoom sessions * Build rapport with Project Participants * Record their progress * Provide them motivation, coaching and support
* Confer with the Project Director as needed to support your work
* Design Personalized Integrative Health Plans (PIHPs) for Participants
* Report Participant progress and notes to Project Director
