    It costs ~$9,360 per year ($180/week) for two people to get a weekly 90-minute basic massage at massage franchises. We charge only $1,999 for our ARC Training, which is split between Training Partners to cost less than $19.23/week. From this, we pay $1,000 to our Sales Reps, and $100/hr to our ARC Coaches, leaving $899 for administration costs per enrollment. For every 100 Five-Star Reviews students give our coaches, we increase their hourly rate by $10 until they max out at $400/hr, leaving $599 for administration costs per enrollment. Our max hourly rate requires a minimum of 3,000 appointments for each coach. At 20 appointments per week, this would take 150 weeks, or just under 3 years.
