Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clear, fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent in Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Manual Therapies
- Able to Demonstrate ARC Safely
- Passion for Health and Wellbeing
- Internet connection
- Computer or Smart TV with a camera and mic
- Privacy and appropriate room for coaching
- Reliable and Accountable
- Adept with Diverse Clients
Earning Potential
Gross $100,000 working 4 hours a day, 250 days per year.
Earn $10 more per hour for every 100 Five-Star Reviews, and max out at $400/hr.

STEP 1: Apply and Interview

- Any questions you have about the training and position.
Create a resume that includes:
- Dates of employment, employer name and context, and job duties.
- Your Social Media links (for Risk Management purposes)
- At least 2 professional references.
Submit Your Cover Letter and Resume.
We'll schedule your video interview. If you're accepted, we'll send our contract. Onboarding begins soon after we receive your signed contract.
STEP 2: Video Audition
When you feel confident that you can coach our students online, submit your Live Zoom Demo.
We'll let you know what to improve on or if you're ready to join our team.
